- You are responsible for clearing access to the appliance before our arrival
We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window. However, service times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic or previous appointments running longer than expected.
3. Pricing and Payment
Our pricing works as follows:
- Diagnostic Fee: A diagnostic fee may apply for the technician to assess the appliance issue. This fee is typically waived if you proceed with the repair.
- Upfront Quotes: After diagnosis, you will receive an upfront quote for the repair before any work begins.
- Approval Required: No repair work will be performed without your approval of the quoted price.
- Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of service.

4. Warranty
We stand behind our work:
- Labor Warranty: Our repairs include a 90-day warranty on labor.
- Parts Warranty: Parts installed by our technicians are covered by manufacturer warranties, which vary by part.
- Warranty Limitations: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, power surges, or unauthorized modifications after our service.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your original service receipt and a description of the issue.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

- Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
- No-shows may be charged a trip fee
